With each new vintage Hells Canyon selects original sporting art to represent the experience of Idaho. Every label is a limited production print of our sporting art. This is a collection of some of the labels we have produced in our 20 year history. Because of our limited production wines and labels the inventory shown here is not available.

2004 Chuck Wagon Chardonnay-Sold Out photographer unknown 22.00 ea 264.00 case Chuck Wagon Chardonnay features Grand Pete on the trail. A gentleman cowboy, who enjoyed fine food and wine while embodying the pioneering spirit of the West. This is a classic Chardonnay. Made in the style of French Chablis it was aged in oak only 3 months maintaining its bright fruit, minerally, crisp palette. Quintessentially dry have it with fresh crab, oysters on the half shell or shrimp sandwiches!

2004 Idaho Chardonnay Reserve-Sold Out Trumpeter Swans David Hagerbaumer 30.00 ea 360.00 case The Chardonnay reserve was aged in oak for 12 months creating a mellow richness balanced with the bright apple and pear fruits. Taste it with grilled Sturgeon and wild chanterelles.

2005 Deer Slayer Syrah Sold Out Bringing Home the Bacon photographer unknown 22.00 ea 264.00 case This pioneering wine just keeps getting better. Signature black cherries, rose and a breathe of wild sweet earth. Not to be missed with lavendar honey roasted pintade.

Always a friendly, dependable companion for everyday enjoyment the 2005 vintage is a blend of 40% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. Exhibiting blueberry, licorice and sage characteristics. Pairs beautifully with grilled buffalo burgers.
