Always a friendly, dependable companion for everyday enjoyment the 2006 vintage is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. Exhibiting black raspberry, licorice and a rich chocolate finish. Pairs beautifully with lamb shanks and white beans.

Our house signature meritage blend, Seven Devils, marries our best grapes. 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 45% Cabernet Franc in a wine that is great enough to be drunk in the most spectacular parts of the world. Black cherry combines with earthy mushrooms and cowboy coffee. You may want some roast buffalo and morels!

2006 Idaho Merlot Reserve
Fig, black raspberry and plum with underlying notes of game, earth and black pepper. Finish of dense rich chocolate. Elegant now but well structured for aging.
